Ordering Process Guide

Review how we design, customize, confirm and securely complete your custom gift orders directly via WhatsApp conversation.

Since all our gift items are completely custom-tailored with your specific photographs, dates, names, and design layouts, we do not collect payments or image files on this website. Instead, we handle the layout drafting and payment coordination via personal chat on WhatsApp for a smooth, personalized experience.

Choose Your Gift Layout

Browse through our categories like Photo Frames, Keychains, or Mugs. Note down the unique Product ID (e.g. PF-101) and starting price of the design template you prefer.

Tap "Order on WhatsApp"

Click the green enquiry button on the product details page. This immediately opens WhatsApp on your phone or computer with a prefilled message containing the item details.

Send Customer & Order Info

Add details to the prefilled message, such as your Name, the Quantity needed, your Required Date, and your Delivery Location, then tap send.

Share Custom Text & Photos

Directly attach the photos you want in the frame or mug, and send any text details (like names of couples, birth dates, or custom quotes) in the chat.

Review Proofs & Transfer Payment

Our design team will share a digital mockup of your layout. Once you approve it, we will send bank transfer or UPI QR payment details. Transfer the final amount to confirm your order.

Production & Secure Shipping

After payment confirmation, we begin printing and hand-assembly. We package it safely to prevent damage and deliver via trusted courier or prepare it for local pickup.

Important Catalogue Policies

  • No Direct Uploads: Do not search for upload file inputs here. Send high-resolution images via WhatsApp document format for optimal print quality.
  • Price Confirmation: Displayed rates are base starting prices. Custom layouts, larger frame sizes, or special delivery speeds will modify the final amount.
  • Layout Approvals: Once you approve the digital design layout draft on chat and print begins, details cannot be changed. Please double-check spellings.

Payment Terms

Because processing occurs manually, we offer simple and safe payment methods outside the browser site:

  • Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm UPI QR codes shared in chat.
  • Direct IMPS/NEFT bank accounts for larger billing.
  • Advance booking payment: 100% deposit before printing begins.

Shipping & Delivery

We pack items in bubble wraps and sturdy carton boxes to ensure they reach you safely:

  • Local Pickup: Pick up directly from our store in Nidagundi during working hours.
  • Courier Shipping: Safe delivery across Karnataka and neighboring districts. Courier fees depend on weight and destination.
  • Tracking: Shipping tracking slips are shared via WhatsApp once dispatched.
